ORDER PLACED AT A CSL STORE

Within five working days the tracking password is validated

CSL receive a unique customer number from the supplier

The approximate scheduling information is available on the order tracking website

A Customer enters the site to track their delivery using a login and password
(Log in – main telephone number given at point of sale Password – unique code given at point of sale)

An approximate week commencing date is available

The estimated delivery time is regularly updated and represents the best available information given to CSL

Two weeks prior to the estimated lead time, expectations become more accurate due to the quality of information from suppliers and shipping agents

A customer order arrives at the CSL Warehouse where it will be checked and prepared for delivery

The CSL delivery team will contact the customer to arrange a delivery day
